Yay! The bumpers are back! (repost from other section)

For a little while I was listening to Halloween radio and though I got the music fix, I was missing the classic bumpers from the phantom DJ. You know, the "Every Halloween, we make you scream!" and "Your radio is haunted!" etc.

I liked to pretend it was some phantom DJ in a sound both picking out songs for us all day and night every day and night.

But tonight I heard the familiar voice again and now all is right with the underworld. 🎃

I love that it is back too and you are so right....it isnt the same without it. Do we know who this magical DJ🎃 is? It is such an awesome voice.
I love ALL the sound bites...."whatever you do - don't fall asleep"....."what about the kids"....they are all good.
Although I have yet to catch the Bram Stokers Dracula "I am the last of my kind"...I love that one.

Perhaps the DJ is just the voice of the season itself, a spirit of the growing darkness carried on the wind, like the creaking branches in the night.
