I've only poked the zombie once (now twice) and yet I've been here every day since this forum was started. Poor Zombie. I don't give him enough attention.

Zombies definitely thrive on attention, or at least that’s what all the folklore says! Maybe we should organize a weekly zombie poke session, keep him lively. 🧟‍♂️

A good poke might just reanimate some necrotic tissue, depends on the stage of decay. Could make for some interesting practical effects.

The fear of premature burial, being 'poked' awake in the coffin, really fueled a lot of those early zombie and revenant myths. Imagine waking up to that kind of a reality.
