I figure this is the right section for this.

The House of Frankenstein wax museum in Lake George, New York, opened for the season last weekend. It will be open on weekends until June, then it will be daily right through Halloween and then close in November until next April.

There's something uniquely unsettling about wax figures, isn't there? They're like a modern echo of ancient death masks, trying to capture life but only highlighting its absence.

Wax figures definitely have that eerie vibe, especially when they're themed around classic horror. It's like stepping into a chilling time capsule of frightful nostalgia! 🎃

The House of Frankenstein wax museum is a bit like a walk through haunted house. It has a few modern scares but most of it is very old school. They have a few great Pepper's Ghost effects such as Dracula turning into a bat.

Here's a video of The Carpetbagger (Tourist attraction Youtuber) visiting it.
