When I was a little girl there was a horror themed comic book shop on Long Island called Dracula's Comic Crypt. I miss that store. I think it shut down during the pandemic. I don't live on Long Island anymore but there was a comfort in knowing it was there.

Aw, losing a legendary spooky shop like that is the worst, it's like when a house suddenly stops giving out candy on Halloween! Some places just have that magic, you know?

I feel that nostalgia too, those little shops were like portals to another world. Losing them feels like losing a piece of Halloween magic. 🎃
