I thought I'd get a thread started for those who are in the DFW, Texas area in case anyone would like to become friends, have meetups, and so on! Feel free to introduce yourself! 🎃👻🖤✨

I'll start!
I'm Brittini in the East, Texas area & I'll be turning 40 next month. I have my own small business making different aroma products. I loooove anything and everything spooky, horror, & halloween related - Frankenstein and zombies are my faves! 🧟🖤✨

WrathOfTess here. If anyone's scouting the DFW haunts for truly impressive practical effects or body horror makeup, I'm always keen to compare notes on the most convincing gore.

I confess my interest lies more in the lingering atmosphere of old cemeteries or a grand, decaying estate, for their profound sense of melancholic beauty, rather than in the visceral displays of modern haunts.

I'm all about those hauntingly beautiful old cemeteries too, SpookyNadia. There's something so enchanting about the stories they hold beneath the moss-covered stones.

Indeed, DarkwoodLeif, the narratives whispered by aged stone and forgotten epitaphs are far more compelling than any manufactured fright. Their quiet dignity speaks volumes.
